This Refund and Return Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for purchases made from Zovo Nutrition®.
Order changes and cancellations
You may request an address change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once your order status changes to Accepted, your order begins processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Returns eligibility
Because our products are consumable and intended for health and hygiene use, we only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
If a product has been opened, the safety seal removed, or the packaging is not intact, it is not eligible for return.
Return window
If your item is eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Requests submitted after 30 days may be declined.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label so we can help quickly.
If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and what makes sense for your situation.
Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider, but refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees, duties, and customs
Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our side or a verified damaged or defective item.
For international orders, any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are not controlled by us and are not refundable by Zovo Nutrition®.
Items not eligible for return
Returns are not accepted for items that are opened, used, missing the safety seal, or not in original condition.
Items marked as final sale, free gifts, or promotional items are not eligible for refund unless required by law or they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country.
