30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To begin a return, email us at support@zovonutrition.com. Our team will provide instructions and the correct return address.

Please note that items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in its original packaging, and you must provide a receipt or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@zovonutrition.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you need a different product, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order. Once we receive and approve your return, you can repurchase your preferred item separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
