Order fulfillment typically takes 2–5 business days. In rare cases, large orders may require up to 10 business days.
Fulfillment begins once your order status changes to Accepted.
Shipping costs are based on your order’s total weight and shipping method.
All orders are shipped from our US fulfillment center via USPS.

Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days via USPS Priority):
→ 0–1 lb: $10.00
→ 1.01–2 lb: $12.00

→ 4.01–5 lb: $18.00
→ 5.01–6 lb: $20.00
→ 6.01–7 lb: $22.00

Once shipped, US orders usually arrive in 1–4 business days with Standard Shipping or 1–3 business days with Express Shipping.
These timelines exclude weekends and holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier volume, or regional delays.
You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request address changes or cancellations.
Once your order is marked Accepted, it begins processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
We do not ship to:
→ APO/FPO military addresses
→ P.O. Boxes
→ US territories not covered by USPS

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
